All goods offered on this site are new, made in Bulgaria, Romania or other European country and delivered by Ramer Group LTD. Each item offered is with explicitly specified warranty period. Ramer Group guarantees that at the time of shipping towards the customer the product has no flaws that could reduce its value or suitability for its normal use.

 

The purpose of the StepMat cleaning doormats is to be placed at entrance areas of public and private buildings in order to limit the deposition of dirt or moisture from the external environment carried by the shoes of people walking on them. The doormats must be installed on flat surfaces in floor outlets designed specifically for this purpose or loosely laid on the floor with splayed mounted frames.

 

The maximum effect is achieved when the entrance doormat is consistent with people’s traffic, the area for which it is designed and the number of steps that visitors will make on it. 

 

The technical level of the StepMat doormats meets the technical level of similar products known at the time of their introduction on the market and is at no variance with the accepted norms. Manufacturing takes place according to the technical documentation of the particular product. The products meet the specific requirements, technical standards for safety and purpose of use.

 

The mat is consistent with the properties of the shoes that people wear. This does not exclude the possibility that there might be a shoe that can get stuck between the sections or slips for which Ramer Group LTD is not responsible.

 

Guarantee period begins from the moment of shipment.
Immediately after the arrival of the shipment, but not later than 3 (three) days the customer should check whether it is complete and whether the products delivered have defects. In case of specified defects upon receiving of the goods the buyer should notify immediately and without undue delay on their type and quantity at: sales@stepmat.eu , fax: +359 52 636 549, tel: +359 52 605 333,

 

Defective new or sample doormats sold via module „SALES” which can be used for a particular purpose, can be sold at a lower price. The seller states in the goods purchase document that the product is defective and describes the defect. For these goods the seller does not assume warranty.

 

Fault warranty is recognized only if a warranty card is present issued upon purchase of the product with removed parts become possession of the Seller.
By accessing and/or downloading and/or physical receipt of the warranty card the Buyer agrees to the warranty terms of the Seller.
Warranty covers the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

 

Actions brought in a claim:

 

Goods can be claimed only by a direct customer of Ramer Group LTD.
Goods reclaimed are sent with an attached copy of the payment document and a completed reclaim protocol to the address indicated with courier service being at the expense of the Buyer. Repaired goods are returned to the Buyer at the expense of the Seller. The maximum term for removal of a defect occurring during the warranty period is 30 days. Replacement of a whole product or a part as well as delay agreed in the defects removal do not increase and do not modify the warranty terms.

 

Only a clean according to the general rules of hygiene product can be reclaimed.
The seller is responsible for defects occurred during the warranty term only.

 

The buyer is obliged to prove that they are entitled to settle the claim. This means that they state the location where it is installed and present payment evidence.

 

Authorized person is obliged to answer the Buyer’s claim within three working days of the receipt of the goods reclaimed at the Seller’s address. In this period are not included the time needed for professional discussion of the defect, additional correspondence, possible visit to the location where the doormat has been installed.

 

The reclaim, including the removal of the defects will be settled without undue delay, no later than 30 days of the date of its filing and for a loner period on condition that the seller and buyer agree to this. For removable defects are considered those defects whose removal does not alter the appearance, function and quality of the goods and repair can be performed appropriately in due time.

 

The arrangement for a longer period is in writing and is noted on the claim protocol.

 

Warranty term cannot be commensurate with the durability of the product, namely, with the time for which in the proper use and care the goods may stand in terms of their quality, the purpose given and the difference in the intensity of use.

 

A defect is not considered when:
Defect caused by improper installation.
Normal usage (wear) of the mat.
Misuse or removal of defects by a person unauthorized by the supplier.
Damage caused by inadequate or inappropriate use such as overload (passing cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.).
Use of force or damage caused by malicious actions.
Damages incurred in violation of instructions for exploitation of different types of products.
Mechanical and of the action of aggressive substances – oil, salts, acids, bases, etc. damages.
When manufacturing number, plate removed or damaged.
Contaminated and unmaintained doormat.
Defects occurred due to force majeure.

 

Warranty service may be refused in the following cases:

  • In case of discrepancy between the data in the documents and the goods themselves or attempted forgery of documents;
  • When a legal repair or modification by the user or by unauthorized persons or firms are performed;
  • When conditions for use and storage are not respected;
  • When damage caused by inappropriate use of the product, the impact of the temperature, humidity or other factors beyond the acceptable limits;
  • When lightning, flood, fire, force majeure, other external factors beyond the control of the Manufacturer and/or the Trader;
  • When manufacturing number, plate removed or damaged.
  • When changing of the owner;

ZONE I – keeps rough dirt – mud, solid, waste, dust.
ZONE II – stops dust and moisture.
ZONE III – stops fine particles and residual moisture in wet weather.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The StepMat doormat will serve you well not only during the warranty period, but long afterwards. Observe the proper use and maintenance requirements.

 

  • Use the doormat for the intended purpose and for the traffic for which it was determined. Increased load could lead to distortion of the structure due to materials fatigue.
  • Keep vehicles (pallet trucks, forklift trucks, construction trucks, etc.) off the doormat.
  • Do not heat in any way. Cleaning materials are not fire resistant.
  • Do not sprinkle the doormat with solutions or highly concentrated preparations containing oil, salt, soda, bases or acids. In case of icing in the winter – do not put salt on it. If you sprinkle salt or salted solutions afterwards wash with water because the cleansing elements cannot resist long to the effect of the salt.
  • If a textile doormat – do not allow pets to play with it.
  • Keep the mat clean. If doormats of the cleaning ZONE I dirt collects in the space between the cleaning sections and the floor. Removal of the dirt by broom or vacuum cleaner is required periodically. For this purpose, the installation shall be such as to allow rolling of the doormat for easier cleaning. It can be done by everyone; it takes a minimum physical effort. If doormats of the cleaning ZONE II and III it is better to be vacuum cleaned or washed once a year.
