In order to make an online order you need to follow the steps below:



  Choose a product. Through "Buy", the product goes into your virtual cart (in the cart you can increase the quantity of the selected product).
You may continue browsing the store, add more products or proceed to the next step.
Articles prices given on the website do not include delivery.

For registered users the delivery data are stored in the profile and the system will offer them automatically. If you want you may change them or add new ones.
If you are not a registered user, please enter the correct delivery data.
Note that the delivery address is the one, where the order will be sent.



An invoice will be issued.
There is an option to choose whether the invoice be issued to a “legal” or “natural” person.
Fill in the data correctly.



Review your data of DELIVERY, INVOICE.
You have an option to register again if you wish.
Check the boxes for agreement to the Terms and Conditions of Use, the Conditions of sale-trade and the adulthood.
Send your order.

The system forwards to a page for selecting a payment method - point 5.

- Payments with debit and credit cards

- EasyPay / ATM
- With cash on delivery (when this option is available for the particular product).


If at this stage you do not select or failt to specify the payment method, by default in the order will report payment by bank transfer.




You will receive a message for order being accepted in your e-mail. You can make the payment within 7 days from the date of order.


The message for order being accepted will contain:

  • Order number
  • Link – for downloading of pro forma invoice in PDF format (for all payment methods);
  • Bank accounts
  • Link for arranging the payment - according to the selected mehod or selection another method.


Your order will be processed for execution after confirmation of payment.
For orders with cash on delivery, execution is as of the next working day.


You may be contacted by an e-shop operator for confirmation and verification of delivery data. Orders placed after 14:00 are processed the next working day. Saturday and Sunday orders will not be processed.





The delivery in Bulgaria will be made by a national courier company, chosen by the client. The calculated price for delivery in the order is just a quote and isn't final. The actual price depends on the price list of the delivery company picked.

Deliveries in other countries will be carried out according to the particular order.


You will receive instructions (link on hard paper copy) along with delivery, for downloading of WARRANTY CARD. The warranty of this product is valid only if A WARRANTY CARD has been downloaded.


The deliveries are consistent with the working hours of the courier company. In case of delays caused by the courier, we are not responsible, but we kindly ask you to inform us in order to improve the service we can offer.


Immediately after delivery, the goods should be examined carefully by you or the person who received them. A person is anyone who is not the holder of the order, but accepts the goods and is at the delivery address indicated. If there are an incorrect or wrong address, contact person and / or phone number when filling in the order we will attempt to contact you.
